Holiday Drinks: 5 Festive Drink Ideas

Directions:

Add the brandy and wine into the pot, along with half the sweetener. Add cloves, star anise, and cinnamon sticks.
Allow the mixture to steam, reduce to low once bubbling, allowing it to cook for 10 minutes.

Apple Cider

Ingredients
5 apples
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 orange
1/2 tsp allspice

2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 nutmeg

Directions:
Add all spices, oranges, apples, and sugar into one pot. Cover with water and allow to boil. Reduce heat and allow to cook for 2 hours.
Remove oranges, mash apples, and allow to simmer uncovered for an additional hour.
Strain through a mesh strainer, squeezing all solids out. Get rid of any solids. Serve immediately.
