WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shipping times are based on the product and its availability. We aim to keep inventory of all of our pillows, but on occasion, your item will have to be custom made. As for art, rugs, and other accessories, timeframe will vary. Please see the individual product listing for our best estimate. On average, items are shipped out between 1-10 business days. Please note that due to COVID, we have been experiencing delays from our vendors, so orders can take up to 2-3 weeks for production during this time. Please message us if you need it rushed.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. To get custom items sent out in a timely manner, production must begin immediately. After 24 hours, the order has most likely already been cut and we will not be able to cancel it.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our domestic orders ship free via Standard or Priority shipping through USPS. Standard Shipping packages typically take 2-5 days to arrive after being shipped, with Priority Shipping packages arriving in 2-3. International Shipping is calculated by weight and takes anywhere from 7-28 days to arrive, depending on your location.
This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship outside the typical timeframe. Those occasions will usually be during launches, and orders can take anywhere from 48-72 hrs to process. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we can cancel your order and have you place a new order with the correct shipping address.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can return the item and re-order the items you would like.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned as long as they meet the following requirements:
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Please use our Return Form to start the process of returning your item. Please note we charge a $5 restocking fee per pillow to cover shipping costs and our seamstress's fee to make your pillows. Our items are made-to-order. Thank you for understanding.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Spot or dry clean only.
DO YOU OFFER SWATCHES?
Due to dye lots changing so often we do not offer swatches at this time; however, we do offer returns for a $5 restocking fee per pillow.
WHAT SIZE INSERTS SHOULD I GET?
We recommend using an insert 2 inches larger than your pillow cover. So, for a 20x20 cover use a 22x22 insert for a more full, plump look.
