Refund policy

Items received damaged will be refunded for all domestic shipment and if insurance has been purchased for international shipments. Detailed photos showing damage to the item and packaging must be received within 3 days of receipt.

If you do not like the item you have purchased, you are responsible for return shipping within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you minus cost of shipping.

We do NOT accept returns on custom orders or sizes. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.

Refunds are issued after your returned package has been received on our part and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 5-7 business days if there are no other issues to resolve. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is also not part of the refund amount due. Thank you for your understanding.
