Shipping Information
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock pillows and pillow sets leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Every domestic order ships via USPS with a tracking number emailed to you the moment it's on the way. From ship date, First Class packages typically arrive in 2–5 business days and Priority in 1–3 (weekends and holidays excluded). Orders of $149 or more ship free within the U.S.
Made-to-order and backordered pillows
If a pillow is temporarily out of stock, it's sewn just for you — production can take 2–3 weeks. Backorder dates are estimates and can shift. Need something faster for a project or install? Reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Pillow inserts
Inserts are final sale and not eligible for return.
Art, rugs, and furniture
Delivery windows for art, rugs, and furniture vary by piece — you'll find the estimate on each product page.
Partner brand items
Some of our curated décor ships directly from the partner brands we work with. A few things to know:
- Most partner items ship within 3–7 business days, though timelines vary by brand.
- If your order mixes One Affirmation pillows with partner items, expect separate packages.
- You'll receive tracking for every shipment, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders
Select partner brands offer international delivery — contact us with questions before ordering. International transit generally runs 7–28 days, and any import duties or customs taxes are the buyer's responsibility (your local postal service can estimate these). We can't control customs holds or carrier delays.
A note on addresses and delays
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if you need to change it after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll try to catch it, though we can't guarantee changes once processing begins. If a package is returned to us after two delivery attempts, we ask that you cover shipping for the third attempt. We're a small, family-owned business and truly appreciate your understanding.
