How do I check my Style Points balance?

Sign in to your account and open the rewards panel — the small launcher in the corner of any page. Your balance and available rewards live there.

When do I receive points for an order?

Style Points from purchases are added to your account as soon as your order is placed.

How does referring a friend work?

Open the rewards panel and copy your personal referral link. When a friend uses it, they receive a $20 coupon toward their first order — and once their order is placed, your thank-you reward appears in your account.

Can I combine a reward with other discounts?

One discount code may be applied per order. Choose whichever offers you the greater value — your points will keep.

I’m a Trade Program member — do I earn Style Points?

Trade accounts enjoy dedicated trade pricing in place of Style Points, so the two programs don’t overlap. Personal purchases made on a separate retail account earn points as usual.

I shopped before joining. Do past orders count?

Points begin accruing from the day you join. If a recent order was missed, write to us — we’re happy to make it right.
